Igor Gurov has been working professionally as an architect since the graduation from the Leningrad College of Building and Engineering (LISI) in 1989. He has designed a wide range of projects, including residential estates and commercial malls, kindergartens, cottage houses, serial projects, structures of the St. Petersburg Flood Protection Barrier and even a reserve control point for a nuclear power station. Has experience of working with different kinds of customers, from private developers to the Presidential Administration of Russian Federation. Currently occupies a self-owned office near Sennaya Square. The company was founded in 1994.
The workshop’s style of work is based on dynamic cooperation with its customers. The exchange of information is organized through a shared virtual network which enables the engineering supervision service of the customer to follow up the design process in real-time mode and save time and efforts while conducting procurement tenders. Up and running interaction with the Expert Evaluation bodies allows procuring a positive conclusion in the course of up to three weeks.
